How do I add my overlay to OBS?

Copy your overlay link, then in OBS open Sources, click + and choose Browser. Paste the link in the URL field and resize the source to fit your layout. The full steps are in the setup guide.

My controller is not detected. What should I do?

Plug it in, open the overlay and press any button: browsers only expose a controller after a first input. If it still does not appear, close Steam Input or DS4Windows and follow the Controller not detected checklist.

Question 3

The background is not transparent in OBS.

Accepted Answer

The overlay was added as a window or game capture. Delete it and add it again as a Browser Source: Browser Sources keep real transparency.

Question 4

How many devices can use my overlay link?

Up to 2, for example your streaming PC and a spare. Reopening the link on a device you already used does not count twice.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Payments go through a secure checkout hosted by Stripe. Accepted methods depend on what Stripe enables, typically Visa, Mastercard and other major cards. Padcraft never sees your full card number.

Question 6

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

From the billing page, at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period already paid, and no further payment is taken.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

If Padcraft removes or disables something you paid for and it is not your fault, you choose between a replacement of equal value and a refund. The details are in Refunds and replacements.
